There are tons of ready made printable and interactive quizzes in the web but sometimes you want to customized your own quizzes to cover the level of difficulty suited to your class. Sometimes the topic covered by the ready made quizzes is too much for your students that's why every now and then you have to create your own quizzes.

Google docs offers free quiz template that you can modify to suit your assessment needs. Here is an example of a google docs form that I created for a simple interest lesson.
