Homework Help

Dial -A -Teacher Online  - Offers homework help in most subject areas in grades K - 12. Hours, television guide, and information for parents. a FREE service provided by Miami-Dade County Public Schools in cooperation with the United Teachers of Dade and WLRN-TV.

UFT Dial-A-Teacher - the United Federations of Teachers sponsored homework help program for elementary and middle school students where classroom teachers answer homework questions at 212-777-3380, Monday through Thursday, from 4 to 7 p.m. during the school year. They can also answer parents' questions and give advice on how you can help your child at home. The staff speaks 12 languages: Arabic, Bengali, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and Fukanese), English, French, Greek, Haitian-Creole, Hebrew, Italian, Korean, Russian, Slovak and Spanish.

New York Public Library Dial-A-Teacher Whiteboard is available Monday to Thursday  4:30 PM to 6:30 PM (when school is in session) A student logs on to the free, online Dial-A Teacher service by providing some basic background information. They are then connected with a certified NYC teacher

Homework Hotline - provides a homework help site with on-demand video clips, games and activities. Parents and teachers will also find video, lesson plans and articles on helping students with their homework
